E.T. was on TV the other day. I hadn't seen it in years and had completely forgotten about 87% of it. Don't ask where that random percentage came from. My fingers found those keys first.

But, man, is that movie sad?? I was hooked and crying and it was embarrassing. Yet I kept wishing that I could be Elliot's pediatrician. Sigh.

Something is seriously wrong with me. As soon as I heard about poor Brittany Murphy, I wondered what her last words might've been. I wondered if she was alone and if she was even conscious.

I guess I'll never know. The not knowing always makes it sadder.

Black Friday doesn't sound very pleasant, does it? Couldn't we change it to something more festive, like Christmas Sprint Friday or something?

I better not see another badly beat up grandmother in the hospital because she was fighting over Elmos at Walmart.

Thomas Edison's last words were, "It's very beautiful over there"

I don't know where 'there' is, but I believe it's somewhere and I hope it's beautiful )
